"Double airports" to expand new space for the hub economy

Representing the core competitiveness of the hub field, Wuxi aviation industry has taken a key step forward! Recently, Wuxi Dingshu General Airport fully started construction.

Invested by Wuxi Transportation Group, Wuxi Industrial Development Group and Yixing, Dingshu General Airport with an area of 497 mu is constructed according to the standard of Grade-A general airport. Its runway is 800 meters long and 30 meters wide with the airfield index of 2B, which can meet the requirements of full-load take-off and landing of small fixed-wing aircrafts and other small models. Equipped with comprehensive office buildings, hangars, communication facilities, meteorological facilities, power centers and others, the airport can meet the regular aviation uses such as new starfish flight test, emergency rescue and flight training, and meet the full-load take-off and landing requirements of most mainstream business jets in the world in the near future. The airport is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.

With the construction of Dingshu General Airport, the city will build a new hub economy structure in which Dingyu Airport Dingyi Airport will go hand in hand and civil aviation navigation is misplaced.
