本项目年产量70万吨生物质能，年产5200万立方米生物燃气，年产58.4万吨生物肥料。获得巴西政府30年特许经营权（可延期），76%的营收来自政府特许经营。

　　项目位于Santa Rita do Trivelado, 占地4000英亩，其中2800英亩免费使用，预计15年后土地可增值300%。项目采用德国生物制气技术，从二氧化碳中分离甲烷，目前计划采用中国技术来降低成本。当地原料充足。有具体财务数据，IRR达到20.65%。
